New Month, New Assignments

Good morning, all.

I just got home from an impromptu vacation to Portugal. Yep, I realized I was only 8,000 miles away from reaching top-tier status on American Airlines, and with only a few days left in the window to achieve that, I randomly booked a 4-day trip to Lisbon a week out. I’m sure this will surprise no one, but my dad decided to join me. We had a blast! And if you haven’t ever done a food tour with Eating Europe, a culinary tour company offering immersive food experiences in 18 iconic European cities, I highly recommend it. Dad and I found it to be THE highlight of our time in Lisbon!

Now I’m back to work before my upcoming trip to Japan (open to Tokyo hotels/restaurants you work with or want to recommend) and South Korea.
