Another Gift Guide + Other Assignments
Plus: PR jobs, recently published articles, and info on my upcoming AMA
Happy Wednesday, all 3,209 of you! (Yes, I broke 3k subscribers last month, but have been too sick to acknowledge this achievement and thank you for your support … THANK YOU!!)
As you hopefully saw in yesterday’s newsletter, I’m finally on the mend from 33 days of bilateral pneumonia (and doing SO much better, in fact, that today’s scheduled procedure to remove the fluid from my lungs via thoracentesis has been cancelled!). So I’m slowly ramping up my workload again while continuing to heal at home.
If you missed my recent newsletters, please know that the archives are always available to you. Some hot topics right now are How to Land More Gift Guide Inclusions, Why You Shouldn’t Wait Until the Deadline to Submit Your Pitches to Writers, and Surefire Ways to Build a Genuine Connection With a Journalist — and the info I share in these posts will come in handy for your final 2022 coverage push (and beyond)!
Exciting news: I’m going to be hosting another Ask Me Anything session. Mark your calendars for 10 am PST/1 pm EST on October 26 and start thinking about your questions. As always, these sessions are reserved for paid subscribers, so now’s a great time to upgrade if needed:
I’ll be sending out a sign-up sheet to paid subs, where you can post your questions for the session, shortly. I look forward to seeing you all there!
Have a great rest of your week,
Jill
