Good afternoon, everyone!

We all make mistakes, right? But what happens when you make a faux pas with a writer you’re really hoping to work with? How do you recover from the error and embarrassment, seamlessly win the journalist over, and get back to the business at hand for your client?

I’m going to show you exactly how … because this just happened TODAY!

A publicist reached out this morning to introduce herself to me and made a critical error I can confidently assume you’ve ALL made at one point or another when interacting with a writer … I pointed it out politely, and then we had the most epic back and forth about it.

After I saw how gracefully she handled it, she honestly might be my new favorite publicist! All is definitely forgiven, and I can’t wait to work with her.
